Meeting Opening

Meeting called to order at 10:00 AM by Vice-President Tramelle Howard.

The Invocation was led by Vice-President Tramelle Howard and the Pledge of Allegiance by School Board Member David Tatman.

Roll Call

Members present: Mark Bellue, Dadrius Lanus, Tramelle Howard, Dawn Collins, Evelyn Ware-Jackson, Connie Bernard, David Tatman

Others present were: Gwynn Shamlin Jr., General Counsel; Ben Necaise, Associate Superintendent; Adam Smith, Associate Superintendent; Quentina Timoll, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction

Item for Consideration

Resolution "State of Emergency"

Approval of the resolution of the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board declaring and recognizing a state of emergency and delegating special emergency authority to the Superintendent and related matters.

Motion by David Tatman, second by Connie Bernard.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Yea: Bellue, Lanus, Howard, Collins, Ware-Jackson, Bernard, Tatman
