Meeting Opening

Call to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM by School Board President David Tatman.

The Invocation was by School Board Member Evelyn Ware-Jackson, and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by School Board Member Michael Gaudet.

Roll Call

Members present were Mark Bellue, Dadrius Lanus, Tramelle Howard, Dawn Collins, Evelyn Ware-Jackson, Jill Dyason, Michael Gaudet, Connie Bernard, David Tatman

Items for Consideration

Amended Redistricting Plan Timeline

Approval of an amended Redistricting Plan Timeline to allow for a new adoption date.

Motion by Mark Bellue, second by Connie Bernard.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

Yea: Bellue, Ware-Jackson, Dyason, Gaudet, Connie Bernard, David Tatman

Selection of Maps

Consideration and discussion of the selection and approval for publication of maps for redistricting.

Mark Bellue moved to select all the maps for publication.

Discussion followed.

Motion to close the selection of maps.

Motion by Connie Bernard, second by Michael Gaudet.

Motion Carries

Yea: Bellue, Lanus, Howard, Collins, Ware-Jackson, Dyason, Gaudet, Bernard, Tatman

Motion to select and approve for publication of all maps submitted for redistricting.

Motion by Connie Bernard, second by Michael Gaudet.

Final Resolution: Motion Carries

There being no further business, the Board adjourned by acclamation.
