RECEIVING/WAREHOUSING

The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board recognizes the responsibility to service schools and administrative facilities within the East Baton Rouge Parish belonging to the Board.  The School Board's warehouse operations shall involve central receiving for instructional materials, maintenance supplies, custodial supplies, automotive parts, and storage of surplus materials and equipment.  Items stocked by the warehouse shall be delivered to requester or stored for withdrawal/delivery on an as needed basis.
