FACILITIES PLANNING

It shall be the responsibility of the School Board and Superintendent to develop and implement plans for the school system which shall meet the future educational requirements of the community.  The School Board shall make the decisions based on long-range building plans and accreditation needs which will be implemented over the years to meet the school system's requirements.

The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board shall require that the Superintendent and/or designee ensure that all provisions of the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction are followed.
