EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board establish and maintain an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to be offered to all employees and their families who may be adversely affected by alcoholism/drug dependence or any other personal and/or family issues.  The overall objective of the EAP is to reduce problems in the areas of job performance and family and social relationships, with a goal towards retaining valued employees.
