As a mother of three East Baton Rouge Parish School graduates, Evelyn Ware-Jackson has been an active member of the community through volunteer service and as a school board member for the past eight years.
Elected in 2010, Ms. Ware-Jackson’s willingness to meet with Parents goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Ware-Jackson has openly expressed her commitment to holding both the Superintendent and district leadership accountable for how well they are serving students through clear, transparent performance metrics.
