The Office of Business Operations and Budget Management is responsible for developing and managing the district’s annual operating budget of approximately $450 million, its investment portfolio and assisting with an additional $195 million of externally funded programs/grants and capital projects. EBR Schools exercises the best business practices possible to create the highest level of efficiency within our organization.
We focus on managing all aspects of business operations including benefits and payroll, finance and budget management, school accounts oversight, graphic arts, and purchasing and facilities. Our job is to apply ideas and technologies to increase productivity and reduce costs, improve flexibility to meet rapidly changing customer needs, assure a safe workplace for all employees, and when possible assist in assuring high-quality customer service.
