Southeast Middle Magnet School has a program and activity for every student. From the Digital Arts Technology Academy and magnet programs, to traditional and advanced classes, all students have the opportunity to leave Southeast with up to three high school credits including Algebra I and Pre-AP Springboard Courses (English Language Arts Classes).VISIT OUR SCHOOL WEBSITE
Each year, students are involved in at least one of the over 50 available student clubs that include broadcasting, production, radio station, robotics, agriculture, and school gardens. Sports offered include: football, volleyball, basketball, softball, track and cheerleading. Southeast is proud to have had a finalist for the EBR 2018 Teacher of the Year, and to have been selected as a 2018 Magnet School of America, 2018 Wyland Foundation National Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation winner, first place winner in the 2018 Global Student Voice Film Festival (middle grades division), Most Inspiring Film in the 2018 American Youth Film Festival, 2018 District Champion (undefeated) in boys’ and girls’ basketball, and 2018 Parish Tournament Champions in girls’ basketball.
