EBR Schools Relocation Plans

  • IMPORTANT UPDATE — August 19 • 8 p.m.Issues with Baton Rouge Magnet High, Northdale and Westdale Middle have already been resolved. Despite our best efforts to get Glen Oaks High and Twin Oaks Elementary back up and ready for students, these schools will NOT be available for the return of students next week.

    That has resulted in the following new reassignment of school sites:

    • Brookstown Middle School to Scotlandville Middle
    • Park Forest Middle to Capitol Middle
    • Glen Oaks High School to Northdale Academy
    • Glen Oaks Park Elementary to Banks Elementary
    • Greenbrier Elementary to Broadmoor Middle
    • Park Forest Elementary to Eden Park Elementary
    • Howell Park Elementary to Claiborne Elementary
    • Twin Oaks Elementary – Grades 1-3 to Sharon Hills Elementary
    Grades 4-5 to Villa Del Rey Elementary
    • Northdale Academy to Greenville Supt. Academy
    • EBR Readiness – Wyandotte
    • Eden Park Expulsion – Greenville Supt. Academy
    • Eden Park Discipline Center – Bogan Walk/Keel Center


    We want to make sure parents know, we do not want students to enroll in new schools we will work with you to provide transportation to the students’ home school.
