The Caring Community Youth Survey is administered to students in public, parochial, and private schools in East Baton Rouge every two years. The survey gauges attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs related to substance abuse, violence, bullying and mental health concerns. I CARE utilizes this data for program planning.
