Istrouma Magnet High offers students a diverse curriculum through dual-enrollment courses, advanced placement courses, industry-based certifications and a host of sought-after electives. Students also have the opportunity to enroll in one of our school’s magnet programs: Broadcast Communications or Honors. Students enjoy producing award-winning films and working alongside industry professionals. They also operate a video production studio and broadcast our daily news show. Students leave our programs with experience in filmmaking, journalism, photography and a host of critical thinking skills to increase their marketability for the workforce.
