Welcome to the East Baton Rouge Parish School System! Our System is committed to providing a high-quality education that prepares students for success in college, careers, and life. By enrolling in EBRPSS, your child gains access to a diverse and growing system dedicated to academic excellence, innovative programs, and a supportive community.
Enrollment for all grade levels can be completed in-person at the student’s assigned or zoned school. You can also start the enrollment process online at https://ebr.edgear.net/register.
In addition to traditional learning, EBRPSS offers a wide variety of specialty programs available in our schools.

If available, provide a copy of your student’s social security card to help identify your student.
This is used to identify the parent/guardian and to confirm proof of residency.
Two (2) Current Bills (light, cable/internet, water, lease, agreement, or mortgage statement).
Provide a recent report card if your student is transferring from another school.
Provide a transcript if your student is transferring from another school.
Provide a withdrawal or drop form if your student is transferring from another school.
The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is advising families that school bus transportation may experience delays during the Friday afternoon commute home because of weather and road conditions across the parish. Transportation staff members are working to safely transport students while navigating possible heavy traffic, flooded areas and impacted roadways caused by
changing weather conditions.
District officials said student safety remains the top priority as drivers continue routes throughout the parish. The district appreciates the understanding and cooperation of families and the community during the weather event.
