Dear Park Forest Middle Magnet Families and Community,
It is with great honor and excitement that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Park Forest Middle Magnet School. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve such an outstanding community, one that takes great pride in its spirit, unity, and unwavering commitment to student success.
I bring with me over 20 years of experience in education, including 9 years as a school principal. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about fostering inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environments where every student feels supported and empowered. I firmly believe that every child has limitless potential, and it is our shared responsibility to help them reach it.
Since joining the Park Forest community, I’ve been incredibly inspired by our Raider Nation students. They are a remarkable group of young scholars, consistently showing motivation, resilience, and a willingness to grow. This past year has been filled with incredible achievements, and I look forward to building on that momentum in the upcoming school year.
As principal, my focus will be to cultivate academic excellence through rigorous instruction, high expectations, and positive, meaningful relationships. I am committed to supporting our talented educators and ensuring that every student experiences success in a nurturing, high quality environment.
As we begin this new chapter together, my goals are to build strong, authentic relationships with students, staff, and families; to champion the growth of our new innovative instructional program; and to ensure that Park Forest Middle Magnet remains a place where all students feel seen, valued, and empowered to learn.
In the coming weeks, I look forward to meeting many of you, whether at school or community events. I welcome your thoughts, ideas, and hopes for our school’s future. Your voice matters, and I am excited to listen, learn, and grow alongside this incredible community.
I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve as your principal and to work together to make Park Forest Middle Magnet the best it can be for our students.
With gratitude,
