Extended Day Program

Extended Day is ONLY available for students in grades PK-4 through 5th grade.

At this time we do not offer extended for students in PK-3.

Carpool Procedures

Each child will receive two carpool tags at Meet the Teacher. To request additional tags or to request tags for sibling pairs/combined carpoolers, please email BRCVPA@ebrschools.org.

Pre-K3 students have a different color carpool tag and must follow the procedure outlined below.

Transportation Information

  • Students should receive a bus card from the transportation department in the mail this summer.
  • Please ensure our school office has your most up-to-date address on file for you so that your child is routed correctly.
  • There are two ways to track your child’s bus:
    • Bus Departure Information
    • Where’s the Bus App
  • Bus forms
    • Special Request Form – please fill out this form if you have a special request. Return it to the school and we will pass it on to transportation. NO requests will be honored until AFTER Labor Day
    • Route Issues Form – use this form to report a stop, routing, or missed bus issues.
    • Unsafe Driving Report Form – use this form to report unsafe driving or bus operation.
  • Same-day Dismissal Transportation Changes
    • Please download the School Dismissal Manager App to set your child’s default afternoon transportation method. This app is also used to make same-day dismissal transportation changes.
    • In the vent transportation must be changed the same day, please note the following:
      • You must enter the dismissal change into the School Dismissal Manager App no later than 2:20p.m. on the day of the change
      • 2:20pm is a hard deadline. Please set an alarm if necessary to avoid the deadline for dismissal changes.
      • Failure to follow the procedure may result in miscommunication. We want to make sure your child gets home the right way. 
    • If you have not received your login credentials, please reach out to us at BRCVPA@ebrschools.org, and we will verify that your email address is updated in JCampus and we can send them to you.

Parent / Teacher Communication

  • Student Progress Center (SPC) – this is how you check your student’s grades!
    • If you do not already have an account, please email BRCVPA@ebrschools.org for your PSN number. This will be used one time to set up your account. 
  • Parent Resources
    • This is where teachers post what they are doing in class each week, student homework, and scheduled assessments.

Spirit Wear

BRCVPA students can wear our Spirit T-Shirts every day as part of their school uniform. T-Shirts come in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink (special breast cancer awareness edition), and white! Students love to tie-dye the white to show off their original style. Sweatshirts come in red, green, blue, purple, and charcoal grey.

Navy Bottoms are required. Shirts and sweatshirts can be purchased year-round in the front office, annually at Open House, and online via the Online Payment System (OSP). Please allow 24-48 business hours before coming to pick up shirts that you order online. If your child does not have a student ID # yet, just enter all zeroes and their name when ordering items through OSP.
