On April 28, 2025, the EBR School Board voted to realign EBRPSS Schools, resulting in the closure of Winbourne Elementary at the end of the 2024 – 2025 school year. Winbourne Elementary 3-5 grade students will be dispersed to Capitol Elementary and PK-2 students will be dispersed to Melrose Elementary. We understand this is a significant change and we’re committed to supporting the Winbourne families through this transition.
