A huge congrats to Woodlawn High School football coach Christopher Clark, who was recently selected to coach the 2025 Louisiana All-State Game. The competition will be from May 30 to June 1 at Woodlawn and will feature some of the best middle school football players in the country.
“I am excited to be coaching this game. I was nominated by someone from the NFL, and it is an honor,” said Clark, a physical science teacher and defensive line coach at Woodlawn. “My goal is to showcase the talent not only in Louisiana but around the city of Baton Rouge.”
The specific details regarding the time of the game are yet to be finalized, but excitement is building for this prestigious event.
Clark, 32, is a Baton Rouge native who has been at Woodlawn for two years. He also served as an assistant defensive coach at Southeastern Louisiana, as well as a graduate assistant at Southern and a fellowship internship with the Carolina Panthers.
