The East Baton Rouge Parish School System is excited to announce the opening of a new Welcome Center to enhance how the district serves its families and make K-12 student enrollment more convenient for families and the community.
The Welcome Center, 4451 Fairfields Ave., serves as a central location where families can receive individualized assistance with student enrollment for the upcoming school year. It will provide comprehensive enrollment services for all district schools, with the exception of Magnet Programs.
The Welcome Center’s official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11.The center is another step in EBR Schools’ commitment to delivering outstanding service while ensuring every student has access to a high-quality education from day one.
The Welcome Center offers:
- K-12 enrollment assistance and guidance.
- Information about district programs and student support services.
- Support with registration requirements and documentation.
- One-stop enrollment assistance for families with students attending multiple schools.
- Assistance from trained staff and program representatives.
