Two More EBRPSS Schools Transition to Virtual Learning Amid Surge in COVID Cases 

This morning, the East Baton Rouge Parish School System was notified of several positive COVID-19 cases at Southdowns PreK and McKinley Middle school. High school students in Kierra Crawford's EMT program at the EBR Career and Technical Education Center received valuable hands-on training on performing clinical rotations/rides with East Baton Rouge Parish Emergency Medical Services as part of their curriculum. In addition to training on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the session contained a question-and-answer session with Crawford, Terra Eubanks, of Baton Rouge General Medical Center-Bluebonnet, and Dan C. Godbee, of EMS.
