Virtual Learning

A virtual learning setting is an alternative to a traditional classroom setting, where students access standards-based courses. The virtual option is open to high school students who meet the enrollment criteria and reside within the current attendance zone of the school district. Among other program benefits, courses will be completed through a flexible curriculum that is self-paced and aligned to meet the academic needs of each student. Student coursework is progress monitored through a series of required assessments and one-on-one site-based sessions with a facilitator/teacher in order to demonstrate mastery of the content. Average time enrolled: full academic year
