Employee Spotlight | Kerry Malter
Malter is a library media specialist, site tech facilitator and PTO president at LaSalle. She has been in education for 24 years, including 12 years in EBR and five years at LaSalle. Malter loves encouraging independence and finds it amazing to see the students` accomplishments throughout the year. She looks forward to coming to work each day and says that LaSalle is a "hidden gem" in the district, one that truly values positive attitudes and doing things for the right reasons.

This holiday classic is directed by Baton Rouge Magnet High`s talented drama teacher, Joni Duhe. The show poster was designed by McKinley Middle talented drama teacher Shane Stewart. 🎄

EBR Schools is proud to partner once again with the Good Fellows–Good Samaritans organization to help brighten the holidays for families across our district. On Tuesday, elementary school counselors collected coats, toys and other holiday gifts donated through the Good Fellows–Good Samaritans program. The items will be delivered to students whose families signed up through their schools, ensuring children have warmth, joy and something special to open this season.
