Congratulations to fourth-grader Analise Funchess, of Westdale Heights Academic Magnet, for being selected to receive the Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Baton Rouge chapter.
The award is presented to either an individual or a group of young people, age 21 and under, who demonstrate a genuine commitment to serving and financially supporting charitable causes. Analise was nominated by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and received letters of support from WHAM and Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital.

Our team is here to help you access school supplies, uniforms, tutoring, and more. We encourage families to contact their school or the Students in Transition Office for confidential assistance and support. Together, we can ensure that every child has what they need to learn and succeed, regardless of their current circumstances.
