Hurricane Francine: Update #6

Dear East Baton Rouge Parish Families,

I hope this message finds you safe and well following the impact of Hurricane Francine.

The East Baton Rouge Parish School System and all administrative sites will reopen tomorrow, Friday, Sept. 13, 2024. However, we are still monitoring the following sites due to lingering power outages:  Glasgow Middle and Westdale Middle. 

We will have additional updates on those facilities by no later than 6 pm today. For the latest information, please visit ebrschools.org. 

We understand that the aftermath of the storm may have affected some families differently. If your family continues to face challenges or if you require support, please do not hesitate to reach out to your school administration. We are here to assist you in any way we can.Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming our students back to schools tomorrow.
