The Pathways to Bright Futures presents a new and exciting opportunity for students to graduate high school with both an Associate Degree or an Industry Based Credential (IBC) along with their high school diploma. By offering students the opportunity to participate in the Pathways to Bright Futures they will graduate from an East Baton Rouge Parish High School set up for success in college or a high wage field.  

How will Pathways to Bright Futures Help Students? 

Each of the Pathways offered was created in partnership with area business and industry leaders to fill workforce gaps in high needs, high wage, and high growth jobs. 

  • A tuition-free program that saves students and families the cost of college or certification 
  • Job-embedded experiences and internships  
  • Associate degrees are “evergreen” credentials  
  • Enter a four-year institution as a college-level Junior  
  • Students attending college on an academic or athletic scholarship will have the opportunity to complete a Masters Degree during their initial four years of eligibility

Graphic Design

The Graphic Arts Department has the resources to produce whatever you need in terms of printed products and can do so at a lower cost than other printing agencies. With our offset and digital equipment, we have fast turnaround times and are capable of doing static and variable data printing. We can print posters, banners, wood, and plastic signs at sizes up to 4 feet wide. We have a designer on staff who can help you make your print jobs have a professional look and we have access to thousands of copyright free photos and clip art files for you to use.

SCHOOL SAFETY & SECURITY

School Safety & Security

The Office of School Safety and Security consist of Sheriff’s Deputies from the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office. These School Resource Officers work on school campuses and site of the school system to provide safety and security for students and personnel. The School Resource Officers also maintain lines of communication with the students, staff, and the community.
