Crestworth Early Learning Center and Crestworth Elementary held a meaningful ceremony on Friday to respectfully retire their worn American flag and raise a new one. The Istrouma High JROTC and Boy Scouts from Crestworth led the ceremony with dignity and care, ensuring this tradition was carried out with honor.

Baton Rouge has welcomed 15 new phlebotomists! Incredible work is being done at the Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC). These newly certified medical professionals will draw blood for tests, transfusions, or donations.
Northdale Academy welcomed more than 400 students from across the district on Thursday for a hands-on agriculture and STEM showcase filled with leadership, creativity, and real-world learning. From live animal encounters and hydroponics to drone technology, arts and agriculture, nutrition demos, and Northdale’s impressive student-led FFA and academic booths — every station highlighted the strength and innovation happening on their campus.
